Why would I “press” a bruise?
First, I’d have to notice that I had one. Sometime I only see them when someone points them out to me.

I always wonder what I did to get the bruise.
Option #3: bump into things on the exact spot.
“Leave it be” is definitely my response.
I leave it be, but don’t get me started on scabs.
