must’ve been one heck of a blemish

I have serveral skin tabs I’d like to get removed but I’m afraid my insurance wouldn’t pay for them.

He might also loose face telling his buddies that he went to see the dermatologist.

This one is in the “Not Yet” line …. Thank-You ;-)

Haven’t had one on my face (yet). He took two off my back this year, tho’. I had melanoma about 20 years ago. He had to go in twice for that, but he got it all!

Just joined the Facial Basal Cell Removal Club, an amazingly large community.

For many ‘pluggers’ it isn’t about blemishes but skin cancers. Like basal cell carcinoma. They develop primarily in sun-exposed skin — face, neck, scalp. Most common, I believe, in people with fair skin, but that may just be because we were stupid enough in our youth to spend hours in the sun trying to get a tan. Fairly easy to get rid of, but if you wait too long, can affect the hairline. The key is to remove them when they are very small (sometimes only your dermatologist can see them). My barber suggested I see a skin doctor about 30 years ago, because she was worried about a ‘little’ spot on the top of my head. I couldn’t see it or even feel it, but it was there.

Made me join the sunshade club. Hats and long sleeves when I’m out in the sun for the afternoon.

The opportunity to start your coffee klatch conversation with “But, you should see the other guy.”

Oh wow….I just had this done last week. Exact same spot. Benign tumor that I thought was a big wart. Not that im warty or anything…

I just use a cuticle scissors and cut them off. Ouch.

And ear and nose also.
