I can’t believe the parent would be able to change the child’s birth certificate until the child reaches legal adulthood, and then only because the child has made the decision. Does anybody know anything about this law?
BTW, Gocomics; I am tired of bogus security warnings popping up on your website. They are masquerading as McAfee antivirus messages, but I know better.
