Even Govt flood insurance reaches a point when they say we are not going to reinsure this place for the 5th time. Move or go without insurance
I’ve been told that it’s really the other way round: move and go without insurance. That to claim insurance insurance on flood damaged homes, you must use it to rebuild them. I’m not sure whether that’s true.
