Dad, hubby, and I will have snacks we don’t ordinarily have, Martinelli’s, maybe eggnog liqueur, or one of our wines. We’ll play Cards Against Humanity, Exploding Kittens, &/or Pandemic.
This is a respiratory virus. Your rear end is not going to catch it from a chair. Hand washing has been a good idea for centuries but you can skip the gloves. Mask, please, and feel free to be fashionable (cloth with a N95-like insert).
Just think, if the voters had ignored the chant; “Lock her up”, Hillary would have shut down the virus, when it first came up. Just as President Obama did, with the crisis under his watch, he possessed the intelligence to shut it down. Unlike “Chump” who let it affect our everyday lives and it still is affecting us.
May those refusing to be vaccinated receive a haunting by republican ghosts from the past, present, and future. May they awake on New Year’s Day strongly professing their decision to be fully vaccinated in 2022.
“He’s been right on everything except this issue… When everyone I know dies, you are getting the blame, President Trump!”— radio host Wayne Allyn Root, on the former president’s support for COVID-19 vaccines
The prediction was 4 to 8 inches of snow in my location, and I looked out and not one flake of snow has fallen. They can be off, but not that much. I’m going to start using Gramma’s dart board for weather predictions.
@Clay: How do you plan to recognize the anniversary of the 1/6/2021 insurrection? How about a ’toon where everyone goes to the entrance of a Trump property and loudly recites the Constitution of the United States.

Happy New Year, albeit a little early.
Looks like there’s going to be a heavy snow where I am Saturday. I love it! So much better than when I have to go to and work in a snow storm. :)

In a week will be the anniversary of the verification and certification that Trump lost the 2020 election.

Almost didn’t “get” this one — which says more about me than it does about you.
