Democrats had control of Congress from 1952 to 1995. Republicans held it until 2001 and regained it in 2004. They lost it again in 2006. So bottom line Democrats controlled Congress 47 of 57 years so obviously all the blame must fall on the Republicans. Did you get an A in logic?

It would be nice if congress had the same health plan as the rest of us. But that is too much to ask for.
