It would be worse if they needed only a simple majority to pass a budget. The minority conservatives can now at least exercise some spending restraint.
I just can’t understand why Ca. is broke. They have Hollywood, with some of the largest salaries in the world. They have Disneyland, for crying out loud! The taxes from those two industries should float the whole state!
