He should see if he can get it deferred. He has a real hardship – right now there is no ship to get him there.
Palm it off on somebody else.
The USPS really becoming super efficient — you can hide but they’ll get to you..
Jury duty is like the IRS.they will find you.
But you will be sequestered in a different small space. And perhaps, you know, food (not coconut based).
