Does Ralph set it back forward in the spring? Or is he in the negatives at this point?! Either way I don’t see how setting your scale back would make you feel better about your weight because you know you’ve set it back!
Ofc I’ve also never understood people purposely setting their clocks off to help them not be late. My mom used to do that and I’d just automatically subtract the ten minutes every time I looked at it -again because you know it’s been done so you’re not tricked into believing it’s actually later than it is (shrug)
