Cactus flower is about as passive/aggressive as Cobb’s comment. By “it” I can’t tell if he is referring to Mamet, or the cactus. I am voting for Mamet.

And why are you letting it live with you?

Is “getting close to plants” some “thing” I’ve never heard about before?
