Cautiously. Why put good hot coffee to waste?

That’s what the cream or milk is for – to reduce the temperature so you can enjoy your coffee without getting scaled. Of course, I also tend to follow Mallard’s example and forget about it until heat isn’t an issue.

I never, never, never wait and forget!! (that’s why I usually have a burnt tongue – small price to pay)

I like cold brew with Splenda and a flavored creamer.(usually Irish Cream).

I like that last one. I find if you inhale it with enough air, the air will cool it down. mmmmmm!
