I have a VCR…and I red eat meat (only 2 meals a week)

I am vegan, twice removed; since the meat I eat is vegan……

Give up red meat? Please don’t tell me you’re going for well done. That’s sacrilege.

But the quality of videotape was just so special – OK, I couldn’t keep a straight face saying it about vinyl records and this is just impossible.

If you can, “vote with your dollars” by buying regenerative meat from a local farm or one of the mail order places like Force of Nature or White Oak Pastures. No CAFOs!

So it’s verboten to grill chicken?

Medium rare NY Strip. Good stuff.
