In an interview prior to his brief “space” flight, William Shatner stated that his greatest hope would be to stare through the window of Blue Origin and into the black vastness of space. He then added that his greatest fear would be that something on the other side of that window would be staring back at him! Mr. Ramirez’s cartoon is just silly.

Gee, I wonder if Ramirez has the slightest clue what causes inflation. Probably. But he’s paid to lie about it, so we get this. What Shatner DID see and say was inspiring. What Ramirez puts into his mouth is insipid.

In short order, the former president’s office said this: “If we don’t solve the Presidential Election Fraud of 2020 (which we have thoroughly and conclusively documented), Republicans will not be voting in ’22 and ’24. It is the single most important thing for Republicans to do.”

I like his real thoughts afterward:

“We need to take care of the planet, but it’s so fragile,” he said. “There’s this little tiny blue skin that is 50 miles wide, and we pollute it, and it’s our means of living.”

There are a lot of people who are driving up prices by buying things that they do not need now. They are afraid that there might not be able to get it when they want, and they may have to do without.

Ramirez’s way of accusing Shatner of seeing things…

Billionaires are flying into space on a whim while their employees struggle to feed their children.

Earth is NOT fragile, it’s been around for billions of years and has hosted billions of different life forms, 99.99% of which have gone extinct. Earth is very resilient and will still be here after we have colonized the solar system and have reached other star systems. The USA has at present one of the best ecological policies in the world we do not need additional economic crushing regulations. Other nations such as China, India, Russia etc. huge polluters, need to clean up their environmental policies.

Consumer prices? Mainly used cars and shelter. Pretty much everything else is snoring along.

The higher prices make the higher profits that line the pockets of those who don’t pay enough taxes. That seems fair.
