I feel your pain, at 83, Proper Nouns are no longer at the tip of my tongue. They’re somewhere down around my knees.

Forgetfulness is the best exercise. It keeps me running around the house trying to remember why all day :-))

I started forgetting at 40…38 years later…

There’s a pill for that, but I keep forgetting to take them.

Old age isn’t a cruel joke if you have lost a 23 year old child to a heart attack. Live everyday like it’s your last, someday it will be.
