Depends on where his research took him. If to talk shows and talking heads, if to former comedians, or celebrities, then what he was researching for affirmation of what he already believed rather than for facts.
Those that claim that they “need to do their own research” on the vaccines or the Trump Virus are doing nothing of the sort – they are merely prevaricating.
All the “research” that needs doing HAS BEEN DONE! People that use that as an excuse are simply refusing to face reality.
“Doing your own research” resulting in bad outcomes is not limited to covid and related topics.
The “doing your own research” people also believe things like the Mueller Report clears Trump (it does NOT) and that ‘trickle down’ benefits everyone and not just the already rich.
And pretty much everything and anything Fox “news” says.
