Power went out last night just before 11:00 PM and it’s still out. First estimate was power back by 3:00 AM but now it’s 9:00 AM. Turns out I’m still camping in my own driveway….
I purposely didn’t hike this weekend because I believe it is dangerous to walk under trees during heavy rain and wind, so I walked along the waterfront instead. Smart move, there were branches, fallen trees and vegetation Debris everywhere, but it was great to be back on the trails, some, like Mr. Cool’s bike ride, we’re once rail lines in the early history of Bellingham.
