I worked for a small branch of a large company. When we moved to a new building, the VP of our group went to the other VP there to say hi. While there, he surreptitiously counted ceiling tiles and saw that the other guy had a slightly larger office.
This was a brand new office space, made for our company. He had the construction team come back in to make his office a couple of feet wider.
