Clever! He has a new leash on life!

Does it provide inhearable bad words and other “nice” grawlixes, too when doggie stops too often and takes too much time for a good sniff?

That would makes walkies way more interesting for everyone. If the dogs collar and a human collar were leashed together. “Who’s walking who?”, indeed.

Does this count as following the leash laws? Do leash laws specify who has to be holding the leash? Or that anyone has to actually be holding said leash at all?
