Today at the BBC, I found an article listing some reasons why anti-vaxxers say they are smart. Here are a few I remember:
The whole pandemic is a hoax being run by a secret elite.
You can be infected (or maybe just sickened) simply by being NEAR someone who is vaccinated.
The mRNA vaccines have only been under development since mid 2020, so they CANNOT possibly be strictly regulated yet. (The technique has been under development for more than 6 years, and was a well understood tool that could be quickly applied to Covid-19)

Keeping firmly in mind the words of Colonel John Chivington at the Sand Creek massacre that “nits become lice” we can assume that most Trumpian children will grow up to be stalwart Trumpians, themselves, so its of little loss to America if they die – we must just make sure that the worthy children are protected – and, yes, I’m making a value judgement, here – just like Colonel Chivington did back in November of 1864.
