I don’t think I’d eat any fish caught from that water.
There are a lot of cities in the States, that aren’t too far above sea level. That’s where the concentrations of people are.
From my experience, Boston, New York, Providence and the beach cities down South. This will get messy.
I’m 15 miles from the ocean and my elevation is just 75’ above sea level.
