Have had to deal with cranky, impatient patients’ parents for long enough to have a bit of patience myself when dealing with customer service people on the phone. I put the call on speaker and calmly explain my situation. Problems resolved quite quickly. It’s ok to be upset, just don’t be upset with the person on the other end of the call.
