I talk to my price scanner at work like that on a regular basis, like when it won’t boot up or when it refuses to link with the printer and print labels. I’m glad my scanner can’t “sploot” me when I chew it out.

I’m glad I have an older model that can’t do that. I’ve been known to insult mine. Sometimes when I know the correct route, I use the GPS for the mileage or speed check- if I speed it turns red- doesn’t chide me. So when it wants me to use a different road, I sass it.
Ms Shepherd has posted an update on Snow Sez. Her recovery is slower than expected but she will be putting up reruns 3 days a week. Soooo good to hear from her.
Queen, Rose and I are in for a record breaking dangerous heat wave at least through all next week. At 105, I will be at least 10 degrees cooler than them! The possibility of power outages concern me, along with idiots starting fires.
Things are looking good, Ivy came into the kitchen to ask for breakfast this morning, she’s been catching up on her Litter Box visits, and that’s all good as she’s doing both “1’s” and “2’s” since yesterday. She’s been playing with a toy fish, and she also purred when I stroked her yesterday evening. She’s drinking from her new water fountain (She also has a bowl of water), and I’m pleased about that as the fountain has a charcoal filter in it which stops the water going stale (The water gets changed, and the fountain & filter cleaned once a week). I had two water fountains of different types when I had the tribe, and I found they worked well.

Integrating a new cat (or dog) into a household is always fraught with worries and concerns, but I’m getting the feeling that she quite likes it here, and she’s only been here just over three days :-)
At first, I wondered how a GPS could spit, but then I realized that anything is possible in cartoons and comics. Love the SPLURT sound effect. On another note, saw five robins and three rabbits while out walking today.

Further Ivy Resettlement Progress.
