Grog - I’m using IE9 all the time now. I installed it a week or so before the offical release and I think the teaching videos didn’t explain much. They may be the same as I haven’t had time to check them again. My favorites bar at the top didn’t show by default and I thought they did away with it. I finally figured out how to turn it on. It’s supposed to be a lot more secure. As everything there are some pluses and minuses but all together I like it. Any questions or problems just contact me. (Still haveing intermitant internet outages in case I’m off for a bit or don’t answer.)

Grog - If you do install it and don’t like it, it lets you revert back to IE8 automatically. That’s what I did to write down all the links I had on my favorites bar. For most messages a pop-up appears at the bottom with choices. It may take some getting used to. Most command bars etc. are turned off by default but can be turned on if you want. That way it shows more of the web page for viewing.

Well, I worked on my car in the garage until about noon and then lazed (& almost fell asleep) for about an hour & a half before deciding to finally assemble my new pressure washer I bought in December. I had to assemble outside because there really wasn’t enough room in the garage. :-) It ended up at least feeling a lot warmer out than I thought it would be. I should have had some sun block on.

Now that the new gadget is assembled, It gives me a make work project for some time in the week. Not tomorrow though. Not tomorrow though. I miss my chile Fridays, so I’m making a batch tomorrow while watching a couple classic football games on DVD (the only way to make chile).

Right now I’m having myself an ice cream soda while I catch up on comments. Then I’ll need to take a shower before I fire up the DVD player for the preparation & consumption of supper.

    Hello Tribe

Weather’s iffy here, but my hubby and I celebrated 34 years of wedded something today. We saw The Conspiritor and had dinner (ok lunch) at Breck’s, a steak place that cuts its own meats. Sirloin for 2 + tater and veggie and salad and soda $30.00. The steaks were about 25 oz each, and we each have a large chunk waiting in the fridge.

Right now I”m on hold for some bleep collection agency. Wal-Mart and I worked out a hardship plan and I made my first payment on time 3/31. On 4/13 I got a letter from the bleep collection agency. I’ve been on hold 18 minutes….and keep getting told my call is really important every 10 seconds. They also play the same loop of classic music over and over and over. AAARRRRGGGG!!! And I love classical music.

I also checked out the computers at Best Buy, my hubby’s $370 computer now sells for $299. If I could of I might have gone ahead and got it…we get our bonus the first week of May. We also got raises….about $50 a month for me….not much but it’s more than other people at other companies are getting. And we move our office in 2 weeks.

    Back to toon tour.

I hope you feel like I told my hubby, for our years together seems just like yesterday where did time go. For my mom’s birthday taking her to Golden Correl. They have done a lot of changes. Though I’m not a senior I can get in as one. 5 more years I will be 60. Hubby can and our mom can. So a little savings. Been a delightful quiet day. Though strange thing happen just found out on news a bomb went off near downtown ICT under Kellogg bridge. Local officer heard but couldn’t see anything then later checked found shrapel from bomb. We are not east so don’t know why whoever did this.

There’s a lot of yap Sojo, but it’s a lot of good insight into the game. It’s not the complete, game but it’s still got a lot of good footage (colorized) on all the key and even some of the not so key plays. I’m glad I bought it.

It’s no small woder why NFN Films doesn’t sell many DVD’s with games from the 70’s and no games from the 60’s. There’s not enough salvagable tape to come up with a near complete game to sell.

That’s one game I’d enjoy seeing with all the talk from back then, Grog. Cool!

♠Lonewolf♠, I missed it when it was on ESPN one night, but Amazon.com’s recommendation system recommended it to me. I never knew it was on DVD.

It was the only NFC Championship game to ever go into overtime.

I have to admit, what a game….and I’ve seen some awesome games.

♠Lonewolf♠, the review I gave you reflects my own views of the DVD and ovbiously do not reflect the views of the masses. But I don’t give a flying you know what because I am a fan of the game and I am very much interested in understanding what makes it the game it is today, before it came out of virtual obscurity. I think that’s the game that changed the future of the NFL.

Grog, I’m not concerned with the reviews of the masses. I, too, am a fan of the game and as such know that it will be entertaining in my opinion. I am a sports nut, for sure!

    Good, ♠Lonewolf♠. I think you’ll enjoy it.

I’d love to see the entire game, but I’ll take what I can get….and what I got was very entertaining and informative.
