Not far off. That’s why we should quit wasting our money on expensive equipment that can be disabled by hackers in Russia and should invest more heavily in cyber defense and cyber offense. But, of course, corporate folks like the billions they make from building hardware.
It probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to upgrade some old school, low tech equipment for that, stuff less vulnerable to cyber attack. But cyber attacks can, at this point, cause much more damage to the country in terms of economy, infrastructure, and lives.
