Carlson is in a career death spiral. He keeps piling it on, and doubling down, and failing to notice how he scares away supporters… when he runs out of advertisers Fox will cut him off, like Dobbs, no matter how popular he still might be.

Tucker is shouting fire in the theater while pouring gasoline on the flames. Definitely pushing the boundaries of what is covered under the First.
