That’s not true.I got one of the first Rubik’s Cubes made by Ideal Toys in 1980 and was able to find a solution online fairly quickly.
Take it apart and you can put it back together any way you want.
I got one as a joke wedding present because I was known to be able to solve them. However, the joker had switched a couple of the stickers so it was unsolvable.
The Rubik’s cube comes with a booklet that shows you how to solve it. You don’t need weeks to do it, even without the instructions.
