National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day. For those who work from home, they can do that. I don’t think Walmart managers would allow us to wear pajamas to work.
National Bean Counter Day. National Bean Counter Day on April 16th is every accountant’s favorite day of the year. After the flutter and the flurry of preparing taxes right up until the stroke of midnight, these diligent number crunchers are well past due for a day off.The term “bean counter” hasn’t always referred to our reliable accountants. Like many phrases, it was much more literal before it morphed into the idiom we use today. Not unlike, meeting a customer at the deli counter or fabric counter to complete their order, clerks met consumers at the bean counter. However, over time, the phrase became attributed to accountants who watched each and every penny (or bean) that went in and out of the business.

National Clean Out Your Medicine Cabinet Day. My medicine cabinet doesn’t need cleaning out, but my refrigerator sure does! Also, I have to take my laundry out of the clothes dryer.
Mars is in Pennsylvania, Jupiter is in Florida and Minerva went to the Smelly Cat Cafe at 514 E. 36th Street, which is directly opposite of 415 W. 63rd Place, for a Gilroy Quiche.
Very funny! Reminds me of the Pitt the Elder vs. Lord Palmerston argument on the Simpsons. Incidentally, there was once a cat constellation named Felis (looked it up online) and there is another constellation named Leo the Lion. On another note, saw a rabbit and four robins while out walking today.
