My agency keeps tooting the horn about accountability and respect for others. But some people blow up at the slightest provocation and no one does anything about it.
This makes me think of my grandfather telling me that once when my grandmother went kind of loopy (maybe had a stroke or something similar) she was calling him all sorts of names and things that he had never heard before, but could guess what they meant! And this was from a man who served overseas in the Army in WWI and 40+ years at a blue collar job. We figured that maybe she hadn’t been the sweet young thing we thought she was back in 1916.

I bought three of those in High school, thought they didn’t work because they stayed black all the time. Turned out I was just a pissed off kid!

Sal’s behavior can’t be tolerated! But I’m kinda curious about these names that even Rita never heard before.

My wife had one of those mood rings! When she was in a good mood, it turned green. When she was in a bad mood, it left a red mark on my forehead……………

Turns out the color-changing skin of the chameleon is more like a mood ring than camouflage.
