Used to know a guy who is a petty thug and liked to talk tough… he liked to show off his tattoos and ridicule people who didn’t have any… I pointed out those tattoos made him easier to identify and prosecute for crimes… sure enough, he’s in jail again because of another bungled burglary attempt where his face tattoo made him easy to ID…
