So… Baldo had covid, and like me lost his sense of smell and taste? Hopefully he gets it back, like I did. But I would think even with taste gone you could see the difference between lengua casserole and Chinese take-out.
Actually tongue is quite tasty and very tender. I like it with a bit of horseradish. But I have to admit it looks pretty awful before cooking and skinning!
That’s what I was sure was happening. They only disliked tongue because of what it is; if they ate it without knowing what they were eating, they would like it.
