    Hello Vagabonds

Here it is, morning again. Here it is 43 now, later 65. Cloudy primarily all day with rain and maybe some thunder boom, booms. This is expected to last till Friday coming in waves.

Green Up Day, May Day, May 1 is expected to be chilly. I don’t know how the chill will affect the roadside trash collecting on Saturday. VTrans (hwy dep’t) has done a lot of roadside cleaning already. Keep them mountains green, after all, the word Vermont means Green Mountains.

Days come and days go and so do I, (won’t complain) It’s the usual day, ah well, gotta love it.

May you all have that extra wonerful day with Gods blessings.

    Good Partly Sunny morning, Vagabonds,

Going to be another gorgeous day in the neighborhood, 66 this afternoon. Sweet.

We watched Sunday’s IndyCar race yesterday. Loved how the ‘kid’ won! Real talent, both on the track and off.

    Enjoy Spring! xoxo

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

I think I slept through yesterday. I did go to the prayer group and a bit of shopping at WalMart, but somehow I just forgot about everything else until around 10PM. I figured that was too late to post anything.

After two days in the 60’s and 70’s, we’re headed back up to 84 today. Shorts weather. Our seasonal average around here is in the 70’s, but this spring we’ve been well above that most of the time and it looks like we will hit triple digits on May day. Too early for that in my opinion.

Laundry today. A bit easier than previous weeks because I switched the heavy winter sheets for the lightweight summer ones last week. So it won’t take as much time to get them dry. I hope. Summer clothes pretty much fit that category too.

Nothing else on the calendar for today. There’s a little hole punched in today so we can hang April’s page out of the way on Saturday, but I don’t think that counts.

Okay, that’s enough feeble attempts at humor. I think I’m off my game….

    Everyone have a blessed day.

    Good evening, Vagabonds.

Not my typical Wednesday. My daughter invited me to go to Rolla with her today. The trip there was pretty uneventful with a very light rain. The trip back was heavy rain and very low visibility. I was very happy to get home. However, upon arriving home I found out our power was off, along with the majority of the county. It takes a lack of electricity for you to fully realize how dependant we are on that stuff. No internet, can’t read my comics. Couldn’t do my weekly laundry. Couldn’t watch any TV. And it gets boring real fast watching rain fall, grass grow and cars running up and down the road exceeding the speed limit. It took four hours to get normal back. I am just now getting caught up on my day. :-)

Now I count my blessings. We were on the northern part of the storm system that caused the tornados and flooding in Arkansas. So in retrospect I had a pretty good day.

May you all have a blessed and peaceful night.
