What a week! Non stop talking! Boy do these kids know how to talk and keep us in stitches. Dan and Laura cleaned the whole house! What a treat! Danny then prepared the greenhouse for planting the tomatoes and the herb garden later this month, and Laura made a huge pot of her world famous spaghetti and meat sauce. Then another day she made a huge pot of chicken taco chili. And the best part, no added salt, and my freezer is full!
I caught up on all your news. Sorry I wasn’t around to hear it first hand. Jan, you are in my prayers. Sounds like you have a good team taking care of you.
We had snow yesterday, so Laura left a day early to stay ahead of the storm.
Welcome back Rita. I am so glad your visit with the offspring went so well. It always does our hearts good to see how generous and caring our adult children can be, doesn’t it.
Today is prayer group and a bit of shopping, but not much else. I did hear from Mike last night. He’s still pretty swollen but the antibiotics have kicked in and the pressure and his pain has subsided substantially. Now all he needs to do is get an appointment with his dentist so it doesn’t happen again as soon as the pills are gone. And through all of this he’s doing very well at his new job. I have to give him credit for being able to handle a new job with that much pain and sleep deprivation because of it.
We’re looking at a high of 80 today, more than 10 degrees less than the last 3 days. No AC maybe?

After a starting temp of 35 my Jeep was showing near 50. Nice. (^.^)
As I wrote earlier this morning I’ve been working on setting up my radio, learning how to get the time right and how to preset radio stations. It’s ONLY been a week. (0.o)
A normal day going for me, how about you. The Lord go with you where ever you go.
A beautiful, sunny morning and we are already at 77. I have my patio door open and am enjoying the fresh air. Nothing much is happening today, just another day puttering around the house trying to catch-up on a few things. Mostly just taking it easy and doing some reading.
Jan, I hope Mike is doing better. I remember how painful toothaches can be.
