What does shortening the hours at the polls do for election integrity? What does lessening the days for early voting do for election integrity? What does reducing the polling stations in minority areas do for election integrity? Absolutely nothing but make it harder for minorities in those areas to vote as well as for low income people who can’t afford to take hours off work to stand in long lines at the polls.
“Sen” Ron Johnson contradicts himself again. During the hearing on the Jan.6 riot/invasion, he kept saying that it was all Antifa doing the invading. Just recently he said that he wasn’t afraid of the “rioters” at all because they were just people who loved this country and he would have been afraid if they were BLM or Antifa. Which was it Ronnie boi?
Rep Lauren Boebert said that she started carrying a gun after seeing a man beaten to death near her restaurant and she wanted to be able to protect herself and her customers. It turns out that the man died from a drug overdose.
The town where I live used to have polling places all over. Mostly in churches or schools. There a few Black or Hispanics, but a bunch of poor folk. Now the only place to vote is at the sub-court house. We still have mail in ballots, though.
Republicans are really good at “cancel culture”. They censure other Republicans that don’t vote the way they want, and cancel the rights of those that don’t vote Republican. They also cancel the voice of those that speak out against them.

Ya sure, blame the poor republicans in the various state legislatures who are just trying to save our democracy. They are really trying.

But but but… it’s not “cancel culture” when conservatives do it – it’s alt-righteousness!
