They would be out by now if trump and Herr Miller hadn’t intentionally eliminated the paperwork. A lot easier to traffic kids when there is no record of them or their parents.

Trump put them in cages to punish their parents for coming to America. Biden puts them in cages until they can be returned to their parents.
Same thing to Summers, apparently.
