My employer, like many others, has found that the work-from-home-during-pandemic has greatly improved productivity. People working more hours and taking less time off.
No morning rush commuting stress. Breakfast and coffee pot with good coffee at your desk. 3 hours of work in pajamas because you set the thermostat. Lunch, a nap, and a walk with the dog. 3 hours of work in sweat pants while doing laundry and fixing dinner. No dodging the idiots on the way home to get there before school gets out.
