It sure does look EXACTLY like that. Except that KAL has missed the little detail that the GQP seems to speak with one voice on issues such as this, but there seem to always be a few Democrats who decide to go against the Democrat line.

This is why we need our representative government to be run and served by non-career public servants.

Modify selective service to include everyone and have representatives randomly drawn to do one or two year tours in DC, just like a military draft tour, complete with preparatory “boot camp”.

It’s needed when the GOPQ is in power and it’s an unnecessary socialist welfare giveaway when they are not.

If only the 1.9 were going to the people.

If the Covid relief bill had tax cuts for billionaires in it, the Republicans would be leading the parade for its passage.

Republicans will do nothing to help the USA recover from the plague they spread.

The peons have always lived in 30 year old trailers and worked two jobs to put food on the table they got at Good Will. Those who hire the peons lived in luxury and spent their spare time at the country club. They are now appalled at the idea that women, minorities, and the rest of the peons want a bigger share of the wealth that was created by work that they did. It is a serious disruption of the serenity on the golf course.

And undo those tax cuts. Permanently. Or at least as long as possible.

Now that’s a typical repub, cut taxes for the rich then raise hell with the Dems when the middle and lower class need Financial assistance, then the repubs will raise taxes on the middle class and cut education funding and educators money to pay for the tax cuts. This happens every time they are elected!!

I love the cartoons that make fun of both sides of the political spectrum, they’re hilarious for people in the middle such as myself.
