    As Trump is no longer a sitting president, the “penalty phase” can start immediately.

    He will be indicted many times over, at both State and Federal levels, for his crimes perpetrated before and during his presidency.

    Regardless of how the corrupt and prejudiced Republican members of his Senatorial “jury” end up “completely exonerating” him again.
