    Morning, Village!

We listened to the President’s CPAC speech yesterday on CSPAN. He’s a much better speaker than Joe Biden.

    Hi Vagabonds

Two down, ten to go. Now why did I do that, the year goes by fast enough as it is. The temperature sets at 35 at this time and is predicted to hit 40. Snow showers today, windy conditions with wind chills very low.

Yesterday I went to church without a heavy jacket, it could be I’m pushing it but I was not cold with just my sweater.

As I said Saturday I thought this would be the first time ever that there would be no formal town meeting. Yesterday at church I was talking with the current Town Moderator who has studied town history and he told me that even during the Spanish Flu (1918-1920) Town Meeting was held. I think they are using a canon to kill a fly.

Another day in the life, more of the same excitement. (ho-hum)

Good day y’all May God go with you.

    Hola Vagabonds…

It’s 79 degrees at a little after 9:00 a.m. on an overcast day here in So. Fla. and the yellow and pink tababuia trees are starting to bloom. Winter is over here in the subtropics, and we will have a short spring and then be into summer weather (heat & rains) by April/May. IMHO, our subtropical climate was better prior to the impact of global warming (and over-development).

My morning schedule has changed, at least temporarily, so – alas – there’s not always time for the comics.

    Good Sunny morning, Vagabonds,

Happy March, Everybody. It got down to 24 this morning. Supposed to reach 45 this afternoon. There was a beautiful red sky before sunrise.

I have a PT evaluation today. I’m anxious to see what they can do for me.

    Enjoy your day. xoxo

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Yesterday afternoon I spent sorting, stuffing and addressing envelopes full of Christmas Cards that got left in the “mailbox” at church. I ended up with 36 envelopes and Michael has taken them to the post office for mailing. I still have 3 cards for which I have no addresses, but I am working on trying to get them.

I actually got a chance to get out by myself this morning. I did the recycling run over to the university. There was no one over there when I drop off the recyclables so I didn’t worry about contact with anyone outside.

The housekeepers are here and I’m staying holed up in the office until they are done in the rest of the house. I’ll move to the back room when they need to clean in here. These two ladies have both had and recovered from Covid.

We’re at 57 at the moment on its way all the way up to 62.

Everyone be safe and have a blessed day.

    Good afternoon, Vagabonds.

It is a beautiful day here in Mid-Missouri. The sun is shinning and there are only a few fluffy clouds in the sky. My day started out at 28 and it is now 52, which is supposed to be our high for today. I have started my Spring cleaning. At the rate my body allows me to work, I might be finished by September. :-D. Nothing else is happening today.

    Everyone have a beautiful day.
