Basically, the Grand Old Party (where the heck did they pick up that name, anyway?) has degenerated into a moralless, self-absorbed domestic terrorist organization quite like the National Rifle Association – the main difference between the two is that, while the N.R.A. supports domestic violence, the G.O.P. actually advocates it.
Incidentally, the republican party now fits the definition of a “cult of personality” organization quite well, and seems well on its way to self-destructing.
I left it long ago, when it started recruiting racists and bigots from the democratic party to augment Nixon’s “southern strategy” but it still saddens me to see it collapse in flames – even if they are of its own making!
This might actually be a rerun of American history. Check out the “Know Nothing” political party of the pre-civil war. The similarities between then and now will raise the hackles on your neck.

In maintaining diversified industries we utilize every talent, provide a field for every capacity, and bind together the whole people in mutual dependence and support, assuring the strength and security of our Republic.”
There is no place in our govt for treasonists such as Greene, and the extremists, they are total wack jobs! They are bringing down the house literally….wake up people! Who you vote in office is what we end up with….
