Hey, Trump already had given them a pass on Hong Kong and let them get stronger while we got weaker. Are you surprised by anything else they’ve been emboldened to do?

And right on cue, BAGHDAD BOK forgets just who was in the Oval and at State for the last four years!! Just to refresh your memory – they were your eejits, Baghdad Bok!!

Looks like President Xi is adopting Trump’s meme of “Witch Hunt”.

1972 Shanghai Communique: the People’s Republic stated its one China policy calling for unfication with Taiwan one way or another. The Republican president, Richard Nixon’s only statement was that any unification should be peacefully carried out.

Hm? Davos Man: people who “have little need for national loyalty, view national boundaries as obstacles that thankfully are vanishing, and see national governments as residues from the past whose only useful function is to facilitate the élite’s global operations” (quote by Samuel Huntington, who coined the term). Xi’s interest in Taiwan has everything to do with national boundaries…

“Trade wars are easy to win,” said some orange republican fat head one day.

Don’t pretend you care about Taiwan Chip, if Trump said “lets bomb Taiwan” you would cheer.

There’s a lot of sad little hateful people here.

We can’t even agree to make D.C. and Puerto Rico a state or give P.R. their independence and yet some folks like to point out Taiwan and Hong Kong.

I love Taiwan and have good friends that I am still in touch with after twenty years. They have been living with the threat of domination and oppression for a long time. I would hate to see them get swallowed up by mainland China. For people who have lived in a relatively free society, it will be torture.
