    Good morning Vagabonds

    Happy Woodchuck Day!!

    Winter is half over. (^.^)

At sunrise they will drag that poor little beast out of his nice warm house and you can tell by his blurry eyed expression he’s thinking “What the ‘BLEEP’ happened.” You ever noticed that they ware heavy leather gloves in the event he might be a little cranky in the morning. (^.^)

I’ll keep looking out the window and maybe I’ll make my rounds, or not.

May your day be pleasant with God at your side.

    Good Sunny Groundhog Day, Vagabonds,

I’d say we would have an early Spring since we have had a weak Winter here at the house. We’re sitting at 22 now, and it’s supposed to top off at 51 today! And snow at midnight. Go figure.

I probably won’t check in tomorrow because we have to travel to that doctor’s appointment.

    Y’all stay safe. xoxo

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

I’m off to prayer group in a little while. It’s going to be a great morning, isn’t it?

I heard a slightly different version of the groundhog legend the other day: If Phil sees his shadow (which he did this morning) we are in for 6 more weeks of winter. If he doesn’t, then it will be 6 six weeks until spring. I told that to Michael this morning and he laughed out loud.

I got a bunch more done on the painting yesterday. It’s really coming along. What is coming next is a whole bunch of teeny tiny spaces that will make up Chris’ hands. My eyes go crossed just thinking about it. Perhaps that’s why I take a few days off from working on it sometimes.

We’re looking at a high of 68 today although I don’t really believe it. It’s overcast and yucky outside and standing at 53. The overnight lows the past couple of nights have been higher than the daytime highs we had last week.

Everyone be safe and have a blessed day.

    Good afternoon, Vagabonds.

Our gray skies were not as dark as they have been for the last few days and the sun has finely poked it’s way through. It was still dark and cold when we went to Walmart this morning. But the day is now warming up. It is only 36 out right now but the temperature should get above 40 in the next couple of hours. I have a big day of dusting, sweeping and supper making. Or in other words, normal. Pork chops and roasted potatoes with green beans.

Everyone have a blessed and beautiful day.
