They actually sell doggy SECURITY t-shirts just like this. I found them on eBay, but they can probably be found other places/I got one for a friend’s dog and he loved it. If a big dog was wearing it, that would be scary. When a little 8-pounder wears a SECURITY t-shirt, it is just plain cute!
