Put water in pan. Turn on burner. When bubbles appear add contents of Ramen package. Do not put package in pan. Stir. Take off burner. You are now a 21rst century cook.
I find I do better when watching the programme again while I am making the dish. YMMV
There are also TV Dinners, if you can still find them!!!
