As a mental health professional, I’ve been both repulsed and fascinated by this man. I mean, what happened to him as a child that made him act like he does? One thing I’ve learned about bullies is, they lash out because of depression and/or self-hatred. Is this Trump’s case? Only someone who has actually done therapy with him could answer this. However, we’ll never know for sure. I don’t think Trump would ever go to a therapist because he would never think that there was anything wrong with him. After all, look at how many people voted for him, thus reinforcing his behavior.
