honestly i think nate should have gotten either an A+ or a A++ because of how much respect he for them.

At least know your subject to some degree…

I’m a bit (but not too much…) surprised that she isn’t scrawling “Z” down on his grade page…….This one rates right up there with the time he couldn’t do an oral on the Lincoln-Douglas debates because, despite his best efforts, he couldn’t locate an individual named “Lincoln Douglas” ……..it had me on the floor laughing, that great play on Mr. Peirce’s own first name. And it WOWED the class, as Mrs. Godfrey’s trademark “CRIPES” moaned mournfully somewhere in the background….

AND!! A belated congratulations on 30 years of BIG NATE, Mr. Peirce!!

Nate is for sure the glass half empty type of guy, he takes that time to NOT do the paper he DIDNT even do lol

I kinda like the way Nate is handling this situation. This isn’t a case were Nate has a silly persecution complex with this teacher. He is actually being kind of persecuted. All things considered he is handling it well by not melting down. Many adults would meltdown in this situation.

Just wing it, Nate – certain world leaders have been getting away with it for over four years.

Thought I would say this even no one will listen to this: CAN EVERYONE PLEASE PLEASE STOP! This is the reason everything is going wrong on Gocomics now! Lincoln won’t answer to us bc we are fighting, spamming, lying, etc. Please. Stop.

Then, that night, the ghost of Mrs. Godfrey’s nice side came to visit Nate. She said that because she is dead, Mrs. Godfrey hates him for no reason, and that she is planning on doing reverse. Like, if it deserves a 98, she gives you a 2. Nate tells the principal the story, but he doesn’t believe him until that night. The ghost tells Nichols that the story Nate told was true. The next day during a pop quiz, Nichols called Mrs. Godfrey to the office to fire her.
