Most of these people were not wanted in other countries. Most of these people were innocent goat-hearders who were turned into the US military for cash by warlords.
They are dangerous NOW, after 8 years of confinement and torture. Even the 3 prisoners who were in alQuaida were so low on the totem pole, they knew nothing.
Imprisoning and torturing thee people was a disaster all the way around.
For the “worst of the worst” who are actually guilty of something, we have “super max” space available. We just need to follow the law, in order to enforce the law. Right now, that’s what is complicating things, that we ignored the law for eight years.(and there are some guilty parties the right would never stand for seeing prosecuted)
