It got down to 21 this morning, and we’re starting ou week with a high of 35. That’s high??? BRRR.
I just read all about my Lumbar Spine CT scan. My back is a mess! The main thing is the narrowing of the spinal canal. Supposedly this is causing the muscle weakness I’ve been experiencing. I assume my doctor will be calling today with her interpretation of all this. Oh joy.
Please add my friend Mickey to your prayer list. She had breast cancer several years ago, and was flown down to Salt Lake City to remove a brain tumor!
Not much happening here today. The housekeepers will be here this afternoon, but other than that not much.
The new expansion of World of Warcraft will be released at 3:00 PM Pacific time today and Michael is champing at the bit to go online with it at exactly 3. This is only the second time Blizzard has released a new expansion at exactly the same time worldwide, and should be a real zoo trying to get on. In the past, they did it by time zone and the gamers in the 24th zone cried foul that they were a day behind the gamers in the 1st zone. (I guess there was some kind of prize for the first to get through the entire new expansion and the gamers in New Zealand had an unfair advantage. Perhaps just prestige, I don’t really know.) I think I have said it before, but I don’t like the demonic bent of the new expansion, so I’ll pass on playing it. We still have “Classic”.
We’re in the 60’s for the high today and will remain that way for a while. Except for Thanksgiving day, of course. That will be in the 50’s.
I am trying to set up my follow-up appointment and, of course the doctor’s office didn’t send the promised referral. So now I’m on hold waiting to talk to the doctor’s office again. One handed typing is so much fun.
I made my last trip of the week to the grocery this morning. I refuse to go again until after the holiday. I do not like the frenzied shoppers. Our weather is at a stable cold, damp and 43 this morning and still cold, damp and 46 this afternoon. It will only be my husband and me for Thanksgiving dinner so I have had to scale down our celebration. I will still be roasting a small turkey and all our favorite sides and desserts, just less.
Nothing else is going on here, just another quiet day at home. Everyone have a great day.

Good Monday Vagabonds
It’s the second week of deer camp and it’s raining, temps in the mid 40s.
In the next few days we’ll get anything left to get for Thanksgiving dinner.
I’m assuming there will be no Thanksgiving day parades but, I will look around just in case, same for New Years I would assume. Bummer.
Nothing going on so I’ll say have a GREAT day and may God it.
