He needs to get a job. Surely he can get a gig with Mary, or Little Bo Peep, even. Reminds me of this poem I heard years ago:
Mary had a little lamb
a little toast, with mint jelly
The cake was good
she ate all she could
which gave Mary a heaving belly.
