The quarantine has really set people off from holidays! I called up my niece and asked what she and her two kids (under 10 yo) were doing for Halloween. The social distancing should have some interesting results! She forgot the day was coming up so quickly! It is a week away on Saturday. She is planning to zoom the children out to a corn maze and pumpkin patch on Saturday (today). Sunday is going to be a dive into Goodwill to find something for costumes. Monday is buying decorations and candy. But… (I’m shocked!)… she forgot!!!
Are they still doing that? Last I heard, someone in the crowd was killed a few years ago, and this was after canceling the previous year because they couldn’t get insurance. I figured they folded up after that.
