The U.A.E. is its own country with its own medical policies and procedures. One would think that a cartoonist from there would address U.A.E. issues, not those of a country that they can not affect and do not affect their own country. Or is the problem that you don’t make it as a cartoonist if you don’t go after political issues in somewhere you don’t live.
